Hello!

My name is Briana Gutierrez (she/her) and I am a proudly queer, Latina, NASM certified Personal Trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach.

Growing up in the PNW, being active has always been a big part of my life. From participating in athletics, to taking walks with my family, I was exposed to many different forms of joyful movement. My love of fitness grew with me into adulthood where I played volleyball for my college and began coaching youth within my community. This is where my love for supporting others through movement began.

After the start of the Pandemic, my focus shifted to finding ways to make fitness more accessible.

I was, and still am, working to broaden the idea of what it means to build a positive relationship with movement and I fully intend to use this space to create a safe place for people of all abilities, body shapes, genders, sexualities, and identities to find their own version of fitness.

Exercise is so much more than what we’ve been taught by the fitness industry. There is no one right way to move and I can’t wait to explore with you which types of movement bring you happiness.
